What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following major credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express. You may also make purchases with a debit card that bears a MasterCard or Visa logo. Charges will be listed as "Deal Segments, Inc." on your card statement. Please note: your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All Deal Segments, Inc. sales are steeply discounted and offered in fixed quantities for a limited time only. As a result, all sales are final and there are no refunds, returns or exchanges unless in the unlikely event you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item. If you do receive such an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
within two days of receipt and we will assist you. You cannot return any item for credit or exchange without first contacting us for a resolution.
When are orders shipped?
Due to the logistics involved in offering such steeply discounted deals, we have slightly longer ship times than traditional e-commerce sites. Your order will be shipped in 14-21 days, sooner if possible. Backordered items will be shipped within 6-8 weeks.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we'll send you an email confirmation which contains tracking instructions.
Do you gift wrap orders?
Not at this time.
Can I have an order shipped to an address outside the U.S.?
Not at this time. Deal Segment Inc. deals are currently available to customers located in the 48 continental United States and Washington, D.C.
Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. Box?
